Chimney Sweeping - £82.00
For homes that have open fires and log burners, it is important to use appropriate methods and equipment based on the
type of installation.
Our standard sweep service includes a check of the appliance, thorough cleaning, smoke draw testing, and issuing
a certificate. This ensures that your
fireplace or log burner is functioning properly and meets the necessary safety standards.
Bird / Animal Removal - from £100.00
Birds and animals that have fallen down chimneys can be safely removed.
However, it is important to note that nests are only removed from chimneys outside
of the period of February to July, which is
the nesting season.
There are certain circumstances where
nests can be removed if they pose a threat
to human health.
CCTV Chimney Inspection £199.00
We conduct comprehensive CCTV chimney inspections to assess the structural integrity and identify the exact cause of damage and blockage.
We can provide inspections for new home purchases prior to completion.
Pre-install sweep -
£82.00
Having a new stove installed?
We undertake pre-install sweeps to clear the chimney prior to lining and installation.
We can also inspect the chimney with CCTV equipment to check there is sufficient clearance for installation.
Stove decommissioning - from £300.00
Moved into a new home with an unwanted solid fuel appliance? Or simply wanting a change and require the removal of a solid fuel appliance?
We offer a decommissioning service, sweep, and removal of your old appliance.
New home inspection -

Purchased a new home? Going through the conveyancing process?
This service includes: Sweep, external visual inspection, internal CCTV inspection, smoke test and the relevant certification.
Tar & Creosote Removal -
From £250.00
General chimney sweeping will remove soot deposits in chimneys.
Where there is a significant build up of tar and creosote, we can conduct a chemical treatment. This involves the application of a chemical agent and a return visit several weeks later to perform a rotary power sweep.
